Photographers: $75/hour rental fee for photography sessions

Saturday-Sunday (weekends)

• 3-Hour Event: $350

• 4 Hour Event: $450

• Each Additional Hour: $150

Monday-Friday (weekdays)

• 3-Hour Event: $295

• 4 Hour Event: $350

• Each Additional Hour: $125

Requirements:

• The price must be paid in full to book and is non-refundable.

• A paid security guard is required for most alcoholic events.

• Setup and break down time must take place within your rental period.

• An event insurance policy is preferred, but can be waived if you sign a waiver accepting full responsibility for any damages caused during the event.

Full-Day (9 AM – 1 AM)

• Saturday-Sunday: $1,450

• Monday-Friday: $995

• A $500 non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied to the total rental fee.

• A paid security guard is required for all alcoholic events.

• Setup and break down time must take place within your rental period.

• An event insurance policy is required.

Our event space features a 3,000 sq. ft. open floor plan with a private bathroom, wi-fi, rear parking and is conveniently located off of I-35. We also have 64 chairs, four 8-ft. tables and eight 60-inch round tables to accommodate your event.
